When should I practice self-talk?
•When experiencing a high stress situation that is influencing an “off-plan” choice and or self-sabotage.
•To prevent emotional eating or social (peer pressure) eating.
Challenge this week: Try limiting the use of the word "should". Avoid focusing on what you "should" be doing and do it!
