Taking the Focus OFF of Food

Many times our weight loss efforts are stunted by social gatherings. Especially this time of year with many holiday parties on our schedules! However, getting together doesn’t have to be about food. Here are some ideas do have fun with friends and family for the holidays!

  1. Have a game or movie night!
  2. Purchase tickets for a sporting event, theater, or museum.
  3. Go for a walk.
  4. Have a spa day!
  5. Get active – go roller skating, rock climbing, skiing, or bowling!
