To decide whether you should be doing more resistance or cardiovascular type exercise, refer to your InBody composition analysis. You want to end with about 110% of predicted (note, there are genetic and ethnic differences, so this is a rough guide). If you are starting with 120% or more of predicted, then you should focus on cardiovascular exercise. If you are starting with less than 110% of predicted, then you should focus on resistance exercise during the weight loss phase and then, once you are in the routine of doing this 4 times per week, add in cardiovascular exercise to lose the last 10% of your weight and to maintain your goal weight.
