About the event
Join us for Seated Yoga led by a certified yoga instructor. This is open to clients at Rainier Medical only. This class is seated. We just ask that you are in a private place to be respectful of others. Once you send an RSVP, you will receive a zoom link invite and a waiver to complete. No experience necessary. As always, check with your physician if needed before starting any new exercise program, and stop or modify if you have any dicomfort or concerns.
