Consultation Only: Body Composition Analysis

Select this item if you wish to schedule a Consultation Only appointment and are not ready to schedule a New Start Appointment. This fee covers your initial Body Composition Analysis with interpretation. This is a non-refundable fee that is forfeited in the case of a No-Show or cancellation with less than 2 business days notice. This fee does not cover the cost of the professional services of the consultation which will be billed to health insurance, if applicable.
