Pasta Stovetop Preparation Tips!
Protein, when heated too fast and/or too quickly, has texture issues! Follow the instructions carefully! We do not recommend the microwave method.

Bring to boil 1L (4 cups) of slightly salted water.

Put the pasta “easy cook” pouch in the water. Leave the pasta in the pouch.

Cook for 12 - 15 minutes according to your taste preference.

Remove from the pan and drain the high-protein pasta.

Open the pouch into a small dish and mix with the flavor packet.
*You can boil the pasta pouches ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
* Mix the flavor packet with the prepared pasta and a little water then microwave to heat.
* You may also boil ahead of time and mix the flavor packet ahead of time. Store in the refrigerator and eat as a cold pasta salad.
